This is going to be a multi-post day

Another quick recipe:

1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
3 large strawberries, hulled and halved
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1 Tbs. quick oats
1/8 to 1/4 c. evaporated milk, as needed for easy blending

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pulse till smooth.
